Sue Fuqua, of Mile High Networks, spearheaded our search for a Network Administrator employee to ensure the level of knowledge and experience of the candidates would fit our organization's needs. In addition to our normal interview process of potential candidates for the position, Sue performed an in-depth assessment of their systems knowledge and problem solving capabilities through a series of both technical and problem solving questions. Her approach determined the actual level of knowledge that would be applied in the course of their employment, instead of basing the decision solely on the capabilities encapsulated in résumés.
